Awakening Your True Nature and Yogaia Retreat ~ February 21-27, 2010
The primary intention of this retreat is to move you into your own sacred relationship with Self, with Earth and with others people, plant and animal beings. You’ll experience two daily practices focusing on the spinal wave work. We will take this practice into the ocean, into the jungle and into Self, communing with Earth. Another practice each day will be a meditative bonding with Earth, with trees, with animals and plants through depth psychology processes. These practices coupled with the Yogaia Wave lead you into discovery of your true nature and your place in our ever-evolving relationship to our mother home and our place within. On the last day you will experience the Awakening the Dreamer Symposium, an interactive video and group experience that deepens your commitment to environmental sustainability, social justice and spiritual fulfillment.
