Description:
Join Ayurvedic master and panchakarma specialist with over 25 years of experience, Dr. Acharya from Jamnagar India. The level 1 course will offer introductory exposure to basic concepts in Ayurveda with particular emphasis on the theory behind the specific treatments of: abgyanga (oil massage), nasya (application of medicine through the nose), dhara (pouring of oil on the body), and pulse diagnosis. Level II course is open to those who attended the Level I course in April of 2011. The course will purely be on the practical application of the treatment modalities of abgyanga, nasya and dhara. Completion of this course will offer successful participants the ability to perform basic ayurvedic treatments in a non-clinical setting.
